Due to the instability of the BSC network cross-chain, transactions may not be identified and may result in long-pending time. However, rest assure that stuck assets are safe and BurgerSwap Team will check one by one manually, to make sure they arrive in your wallet as soon as possible.
Add the bToken contract in your wallet.
Check whether the bridge is successful in [Transit Record]
Insufficient funds in your wallet for gas fee.
eg: If you bridge your token from ERC20 to BEP20, please ensure there is more than 0.05 BNB ( value $10~$20) as gas fee before you click [Receive].
Enter hash query on [Transit record];
If you bridge your token from ETH to BSC, enter the Ethereum transaction Hash when your wallet is on BSC network.
If it is cross-chain from BSC to ETH, enter the BSC transaction Hash when your wallet is on Ethereum network.
Check your transaction hash on the initial chain or . Please pay attention to the difference between Transaction Hash and Approve transaction Hash.
